Ullesthorpe Open Gardens
The Ullesthorpe Open Gardens event takes place every 2 years. This year the event took take place on Sunday 24th June 2018 from 11am to 5pm.
There were 16 gardens to enjoy with cream teas, cakes and ice cream along the way. At the Village Hall there were lunches, snacks, a licensed bar, tombola and bric a brac stall.
The winner of the best garden competition, as voted for by visitors, were:
- Lisa and Rich in Windmill Court (Garden 8)
- June and Keith at Trefgiffian (Garden 2)
- Sue and Tony at Jelley’s Court (Garden 9)
The next Open Gardens will be in June 2020. More details will be announced early in 2020.
